Project: Summer 2023 Activation
Last summer, Lay's endeavored to brighten people's days with their most ambitious on-pack promotion yet.
Boomerang played a pivotal role in transforming this initiative, 'Find a Lay's golden potato,' into an engaging campaign across the Netherlands and Belgium. The concept was simple – Lay's aimed to give away 10 prizes of €10,000 each by hiding 10 golden potatoes across select Lay's packets around the Netherlands and Belgium.
Participation was straightforward: consumers had to purchase a bag of Lay's featuring a unique code that provided access to a dedicated landing page. Running from July to September. We prepared a special packaging highlighting the golden potato hunt. Simultaneously, we designed an interactive landing page that served as the digital gateway for participants, housing crucial information about the campaign and to drive engagement.
Additionally, we designed compelling social media content and dynamic out-of-home advertising (DOOH) materials.
These assets were done in Netherlands, Flemish and French.
